Finding the motivation to get yourself to the gym, class or even for a simple run is often time the hardest part of it all. I’ve just expressed my love for current workout obsession, Barre3, and with that, I wanted to share with you a few tricks that I am using to help me stay on track:
- Mark my calendar: This way I can plan in advance. I can actually adjust my social and work commitments around my workouts. I always use the MindBody app to sign up so I have to pay for the class if I cancel 6 hours before the class
- Chic workout apparel: Having something super chic to put on before class gives me more motivation and confidence.
- Bring a friend: I love sharing my obsession with Barre3 with my friends. If I can get a friend to go with me to class, I am held accountable to show up and perform.
